On the 1 February 2023 the FIU is updating the online reporting portal (PolSAR) in respect of the type of Legal Person (LP)/Legal Arrangement (LA).
This updates aligns with the Government of Jersey definitions - Legal Persons and Arrangements (LPAs). More information can be found here: https://www.gov.je/industry/finance/financialcrime/pages/legalpersonarrangements.aspx
We have also updated the PolSAR manual to reflect these changes and in respect of the updated process. The PolSAR Manual can be found in the help section (top menu bar) of the POLSAR portal after the user has logged in.
Users of the PolSAR Portal who require assistance with their username and/or password, should email the FIU admin team on: fiu.admin@jersey.police.je , and include the word 'LOGIN' within the subject field.
